MessageMr. Speaker,

The Rutania Party fully supports Articles 2,3 and 5. They both lift unnecessary restrictions on the market and have great potential to boost the economy.

We also would like to put forward that Article 1 is disused within a different bill, as it has significant effects on work's right and it weight should afford it as such.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We view the repeal of the treaty to be the most important aspect of this bill. Its repeal alone will do so much to vitalize markets in the nation and it opens to door to future reform. It is an essential part of this bill for us, Article 4 regarding gambling has been removed however.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
