| The leader of Dranland requests our help in keeping the Theta party from the further slaughter of people. As the Defence minister, we laugh in their faces. We must assist in this cleansing of Dranland. If this Bill passes then the following must be adhered to: 1. Kazulia shall send 60,000 soldiers (complete with armoured vehicles and air support) to Dranland. 2. Kazulian soldiers will only be subject to Kazulian leadership, not that of Theta leaders. However, strict cooperation with Theta leaders will be the primary command. 3. This mission is scheduled to last for a few months - years if need be. Withdrawal is subject to Defence Minister's (Our) approval, or a 2/3rds majority vote. 4. Primary objective: Cleanse the Dranlandian population, leaving only immigrant Kazulians and Theta party members. 5. Secondary objective: Attempt proceedings with the Theta party, based on our assistance, to become the first member of the Kazulian Commonwealth. ---------------------------- Message for help: "I, Renard Duvalier, Chancellor of the Republic of Dranland and Commander of the Tonton Militia, issue a plea for asstance. The Theta Party within our nation has begun to butcher innocent blacks, paying special attention to our party members. We fear that a coup is upon us, and we petition the nations of Terra to send military personnel to help keep the peace in our nation. Dranland is in peril." We laugh in this pathetic man's face.
