| Decree from the Palace, President Hong Seon Ki will be invested with Title of Divine Emperor of the Kyo Race and lord of Greater Dankuk and all powers of the Executive and Judiciary will be invested into the Divine Emperor. All will be required to submit homage to his Divine Majesty in accordance to the Will of Heaven and if they have virgin daughter must send them to the Palace for service to the Empire. Refusal to abide by this presidential decree is treason and will result in immediate imprisonment by Imperial Forces.
