| Dearest Senators, The Government and Cabinet has received from the Hulstrian government the following communique: "Prime Minister Yori, In light of the long-standing military alliance treaty that exists between our countries and that we are ruled under personal union by the Empress Beatrice we ask for you assistance in an upcoming conflict. http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=3879 http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=3873 We have been invited into Ostland - the third world nation that lies to our east - to help combat the deadly plague which has taken hold there. Our methods are effective and are working. Recently the Security Council have tried to muscle in on this situation - late as usual to the party - we have asked that they channel any assistance through ourselves because otherwise it may jeopardise the situation and lead to further spreading of the plague. But they have told us that they will not do this and have threatened us with armed conflict. I am hoping it will not come to this - and I think if you take a stand with us the Security Council will back down - but for the sake of our positions in the region we need to stand firm and hope you will stand along side us. | Message | Istalian Ambassador in Sekowo: "Istalia Government would like sent a message to the Government of Sekowo: the World Congress, the most important international organization of Terra is condemning Hulstria for its occupation of Ostland and to opposite to the humanitarian mission of the World Congress to operate in Ostland. We oppose any oversees by part of Hulstrian forces and DEMAND the depart of their forces from Ostland because the World Congress cannot accept the put in force also in Ostland of the same shameless segregational and discriminating policies already adopted in Hulstria. The one who from Ostland "invited" the Hulstrian is a military dictatorship which stamped out the legitime civil government and then opened the borders to the Hulstrian, a military dictatorship led by dondorfian members. Already Hutori, Istalia and Dorvik as well as seems also Indrala is organizing themself to sent an official military Contingent to protect the humanitarian mission of the World Congress to support Ostland in fighting the Bacterial desease and to drive out the occupational military forces of Hulstria from Ostland. The World Congress soon will condemn Hulstria for its segregation policies adopted inside its borders and now also in Ostland. But the Istalian Government would really ask, and would like have a response from you, why Sekowo, a nation formed in most part by Gao-Showan citizens, established years ago an alliance with a regime, the Hulstrian one, which for decades persecuted and discriminated against the Gao-Showan, above all the Kunuhito, important ethnicity also in Sekowo. Why should Sekowo, a Gao-Showan nation, be allied with a racist and segregationist regime like the one in Hulstria which considers the Gao-Showan peoples as second if not third grade citizens and for decades is working actively to suppress any ethnic expression of the Gao-Showan? Sekowo have no pity for the brothers of its own citizens? Sekowo as nothing to say that most part of its citizens would be segregated and persecuted in Hulstria? Hutori, istalia and Dorvik, as said, are already sending forces in Dovani and soon will be approved an official resolution to drive out Hulstria from Ostland. If Hulstrian forces will attack the forces of the world Congress coalition the conseguences will be serious: the combined forces of some of the most powerful military powers of Terra will reverse against Hulstria all their forces and unlikely Hulstria could resists to such a deployment of forces. Sekowo want to suffer the same conseguences? We don't want menace you, but by now, at this point of the crisis Hulstria definitively unleashed, it is our duty to warn very well all the nations that are thinking to support Hulstria in its shameless conquest of Dovani and spread of its racist ideology! We will go in Ostland first of all to defend the Gao-Showan peoples from the hulstrian dundorfian suprematism, to defend the Gao-Showan in Ostland from the persecution and the sufference of the segregation, because they are men and women like all of us and nobody have the right to say that this person is not worthy of the same rights and opportunity of any other human beings. We hope the Sekowan Government will reflect very well, first of all about continuing to be allied with a nation that persecute the people of the same ethnicity that live in Sekowo.
