Message | OOC: it is not "p.d.i." but it is "p.d.l.": l = the lecter "L". we could translate it in: "project of law". |

Message | Phineas Abercrombie, ULD Secretary So, the PSO wants to present itself as a... rather interesting mix. These proposals are good, well, except for the second third and fifth articles, which make up the majority... So maybe this bill isn't that good? Well, either way, those three articles need to be removed. But the rest is acceptable, really. |

Message | OOC: For the same reasons ULD kind of pointed out, you *have* to start splitting up your bills when they have this many unrelated articles. Banks and nuclear weapons have nothing to do with each other. |

Random quote: "The superior man, when resting in safety, does not forget that danger may come. When in a state of security he does not forget the possibility of ruin. When all is orderly, he does not forget that disorder may come. Thus his person is not endangered, and his States and all their clans are preserved." - Confucius |
