| Congress, I have heard word from the Baltusian Ambassador to the World Congress that the situation regarding the Wolfensheim Infection has escalated. This is due to the Imperial Crownlands of Hulstria violently attacking medical staff who have entered Ostland to offer medical assistance to victims of the disease. Therefore, the international community has taken action to resolve this violence on thousands of medics helping people in need. Resolution 47 (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=7662) will allow Security Council military forces to enter Ostland and prevent the violence of Hulstria to international doctors. R47 notes: -The WCMCO shall consist of up to 100,000 military personnel, including 6500 staff officers, and up to 5,500 civilian police officers to be sent to strengthen the public order forces already provided by the WCHMO. The military personnel can be subjected to increasing or decreasing on the basis of the needs and the situations in Ostland during the mission. Security Council members Hutori and Dorvik have already offered 105,000 troops collectively. However, on the front of police officers, only 440 have been contributed. Baltusia must contribute our military and police forces to stop this global crisis from further escalating. However, it is noted specifically that the deployment of Air Force Divisions is unnecessary due to the power provided by other nations. With additional funding, this bill proposes that: Article 1 - Redistributed funding for policing and military to aspects immediately required. Article 2 - The deployment of 25,000 land soldiers, consisting of the 4th (Athosia), 21st (Gevaro), 40th (Albiland) and 51st (Lindar Valley) Battalions, to the WC Mission to defend the WCHMO. The deployment of 2 Cruiser Class Warships and 1 Destroyer Class Warship from the Athosian Naval Base. (OOC: In line with latest Military Review http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=521536) Article 3 - The deployment of 500 Civilian Police Officers to contribute to law and order in Ostland. I hope that Congress takes this necessary international action to combat a dangerous totalitarian Hulstrian regime from allowing the further spread of a dangerous infection.
