MessageChancellor Duvalier wishes to establish a unified government, rather than one which is plagued by internal fighting and plots. Thus, he has come to the conclusion that a new cabinet must be established, one which is unified in principle and devotion to Dranland.

MessageI see you have support for this bill, but I wonder if those supportive parties realise that they are still without any real power and are voting to keep the suppressive fat-cat Duvalier in, with his crony Carrefour kept in as head of Foreign Affairs. What actually are you promising these parties - this proposal seems to grant power to them, but the harsh truth is that they will still have none and the DNU still have it all.

MessageBecause the DNU sees the Libs as enemies, and a threat to their rampant quest for power.

MessagePlease, do show enough decorum to allow your Chancellor to answer for himself, Theta. The Libertarian-Conservative Alliance has been left out because we wish to establish a cabinet of unified ideologies with a popular mandate; I trust that you would do the same. It is in the interests of good governance to stop inter-ministerial feuds and have a unified executive branch (and, thankfully, the legislature has the most power, so there is no real threat to the democratic process). There is no personal feud against you; we are not so uncivilised as to hold a vendetta. You have not wronged us in any way, and you have my sincere apologies if you feel that you were wronged.

Random fact: Submitting a bill without any proposals in it will not attract or detract voters. It will not raise your visibility or change your political position.

Random quote: "A proof is a proof. What kind of a proof? It's a proof. A proof is a proof. And when you have a good proof, it's because it's proven." - Jean Chretien (describing the level of proof about weapons of mass destruction that Canada required to join the Iraq War)
