"Mr Speaker and collegues of the Chamber,
every citizens should have the right to receive adeguate healthcare, regardless of its pocket. We should overcome the current iniquous situation and offer to our citizens a better future. It is unimmaginable into a developed country like Istalia that doesn't exit the universal right to the Health Care. it is unconcepible that our citizens must be concerned in falling sick. With this reform our citizens will still have their choise, the private sector still will continue to manage facilities and services to the customers, but the State will retake the responsabilities to offer an universal healthcare to their citizens, all their citizens. And in this time every one can understand how this is crucial and important for the nation.

Thank you"

MessageLudovica Azuri, PNP Leader, Whip,

Our party strongly believes that health care is not a right, but simply another service which individuals are willing to provide, whilst others pay for it. Livia Riccelli, the Minister of Health and Social Services would agree with me, yet it is not her responsibility to debate this P.d.l

If you would like to propose health-related D.d.ls, then she would greet you with open arms on common solutions on the immediate problems at hand.

"The problem, Hon. Azuri, it is just right in your first semtences: for us the health care is indeed a right. Why? Because the Health is a Right. A life without the fear for his own health is a right, indipendently from the wealth of a person. There are disease which can litterally drain the savings of the people, also if they are considered as relatively wealth to be not considered as poor or with low income.
And why a person should become poor for this reason? Can a person live quietly with such a fear? We don't think.
And if we think very well to such cases, we notice that a veritable healthy and quiet life, with the current system, is something that only the ones really really reach can have.
For this reason we find hard to find a common solutions with you.
LP is convinced that this is the minimum we can do to assure to everyone a veritable Right to the Health, which, as you said, you don't recognize."

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer.
