Message | Mr. Chairman, We find it alarming that a party which is part of the government, and includes the Minister of Justice, is supporting a law which would, in effect, bring back the death penalty. The death penalty is a barbaric relic from a less civilised time. There is no justification. Also, of course, with the death penalty, there is no opportunity to reverse miscarriages of justice once they have come to light, because once someone has been executed, they are dead. Anton Weinreich General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party |

Message | We disagree. This would only be applied in cases with undeniable evidence, and for the most heinous of crimes. Adelar Noske Justice Minister Vice Chancellor of the NP |

Message | There is no such things as fully undeniable evidence. 'Undeniable evidence' is needed for all crimes to be prosecuted. It still leads to innocent people being jailed. Let's just hope it will never again lead to innocent people being killed. Samantha Reder Co-Leader of Renewal |

Message | You're being absurd. I'm talking about video evidence, eye-witness reports, DNA, motive, everything: there must be doubt that this is the perp. Then we do unto them what they have done to this. As a prosecutor for most of my life, let me tell you there is deniable evidence. Adelar Noske Justice Minister Vice Chancellor of the NP |

Message | Let me tell you that no sentence is served for evidence that is not concrete. Basically no murders have such full evidence, and even then there is a chance that the arestee is innocent. Samantha Reder Coleader of Renewal |
