| We are proposing to establish a "Private Military College", specially for noble families and for families, which wants to keep their children in smaller but quality circle of soldiers and another military persons. ------------------------------------------ Proposed names of college Roayal Private Military College of Hutori Bekenial Private Military College Steuart-Carmichael's Private Military College ------------------------------------------ Focus of the college Military Leadership Students are prepared for role of officers, on the managment or economical positions. Initial rank for student is "Lance" or "Private First Class" (OOC: names of ranks are based on the Hutorian military rank insignia) Final rank for student is "First Sergeant" (OOC: names of ranks are based on the Hutorian military rank insignia) In exceptional cases, higher ranks are awarded. Military Technology Prepare academic military experts for the means of various engineering-managerial positions in the Hutorian Army at the level under independent unit. ------------------------------------------ Another goal of the university could be to create a new specialized unit, but this goal should be discussed after approval of estabilishing of the college. ------------------------------------------ Honorable Parliament, tell us your opinion of this. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker Yes, Hutori already have a military college. I hope, that you know main differences between public and private colleges or another schools. It is know, that Bekenial Military College is the best in the Hutori, but it is a public school - but awell equiped. The college, which estabilishing we are proposing, offers study and experiences mainly for noble families (including royal family) or for students with caregiving and wealthy parents. This college, much smaller than Bekenial Military College, will try to be on the same level as the mentioned Bekenial College. It will benefit to the Hutorian Armed Forces as Bek. College, but its focus is mainly on mentioned leadership and technology. With private type of school are coming large school fees. These fees will be fully used on the functioning and equipping of the college. Above that there will be regular shows and visitations, where can students interested in learning on this college or parents see school, its equipment and teaching.
