Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| As a result of the 4303 elections, I entrusted the largest parliamentary party with the right to form a government. Mr. Votta decided instead to defer the authority to the second-largest parliamentary party, the Capitalist Confederation. With that in mind, I entrusted Aidano Cesaro, a former Minister of Finance and experienced parliamentarian, with the duties of forming a new government to replace the national unity cabinet. Mr. Cesaro's government will look to cut taxes while ensuring a balanced budget, continuing the progress made by the previous Vigilante ministries. He will also look to repeal dangerous and burdensome regulations and restore freedoms lost to the plague. It is my hope that all Istalians can rally behind their new government.
