Bill: Advertisement Regulation Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Democratic Party of Sekowo
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 4306
Description[?]:
Allowing all forms and standards of advertisement has led to companies putting up risqué billboards and downright inappropriate magazine ads to promote their companies. It is true that "sex sells", but they have gone far past the accepted boundaries of sex appeal in advertising. This bill calls for a moderate regulation for what can and what cannot go on advertisements and commercials in terms of adult content and nothing more. |
