Message | Members of Congress, This is illegal, the people of Baltusia have voted for pro-nationalisation parties and thus this Congress should pass pro-nationalisation legislation. My government will not accept any unilateral declaration of independance from Governor Blinden or Governor Vernson, or indeed from any other governor. If any state wishes to hold a referendum on independence then that must be passed by this congress and the respective local assembly. Message | OOC: just saw this as I posted a news story about a rally for the Independence of Castelass. So it's more complex than first thought? |
