Details
Submitted by[?]: Partido Libertario de Egelion
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 4305
Description[?]:
Collective bargaining is defined as 'negotiation of wages and other conditions of employment by an organized body of employees'. This is, more often than not, done under the threat of strikes. It is unfair for employers to burden them with the costs of their employees essentially breaching their contracts without recourse. |
