| The recent developments, like the attack on our capital have shown that we live in dangerous times. We want to collect DNA not only from confirmed criminals, but also from crime suspects and people who are under government surveillance, to prevent further acts of terror in our kingdom. Furthermore, we have to give our police the power to arrest any person, which may have information about terrorist organisations for questioning, even if they are not accused of a crime or in any other way suspicious, after the arrest they will be set free again and the arrest won't be recorded in their papers, if there are no crimes which came out during that questioning. This helps to prevent terroristic attacks and a faster arrest of the terrorists, which can help to break down the terrorist organisation. The police should also be able to search peoples homes at any time, to ract immediately if there is a hint given, sot that the suspect cannot hide or destroy any objects in the time that it takes to get thewarrant from a court. Members of the legislature should also not be exempted from criminal liability, because right now our party has the suspicion that another party may have connections to recent terroristic attacks, based on it's political orientation and the political orientation of the attacks. |
