| Message | Herr Huspresident, We will abstain on big bills and budget bills until we have a government in place. Only, I'll remark in reaction to the previous speaker, what I hope is no secret: That Kjerne holds the opposite view - We believe in spending cuts. Or in other words: Let people themselves spend their own money. Here we greet particularly, of course, the proposed cut in military spending. But there is another issue that is more acute to adress. The Kazulian state has for at least six years... that is as long as I have been looking into it... been running a budget surplus. Where are all those money going? - Arvid Horn (Kj) |
