Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | This is our alternative suggestion for a cabinet. I hope it may satisfy all included parties. Speak up if there are particular disagreements or pretensions. Kjerne does not hold a definite view on the post of Head of Government. It could be argued that an Allians or Demokrat Statsminister would be a more reconciliatory alternative in relation to the NAF-leaning elements of our population. If the Allians/Demokrater unite behind such a proposition, we could support that. Another idea, we would not be opposed to, is to let Kasper Magnus (Kongelige) continue as Statsminister, in the interest of national conciliation. |

| Message | Herr Huspresident, We have recorded NDPs negative declaration, which blocks the proposed cabinet from being elected. We are however three parties already agreed, sufficient to form a majority. We don't formally need the NDP to take part of the coalition. It might take some time before we get a working government. Well, hehe, this is the democratic parliamentary process. It's good we must learn to get used to it again, after the years of dictatorship. We are seven parties present, free to put other cabinet proposals on the table. Kjerne will put forth a new proposal for a three-party government. There are three possibilities: 1. NDP change their mind and accept this proposal 2. NA and Alliansen vote for our new November-proposal, and we establish a three-party government. 3.
