Bill: Civil Rights Bill of 4307
Details
Submitted by[?]: National Democrat Union
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 4307
Description[?]:
The NDU proposes that we relax a few restrictions on civil rights. Proposal One - criminals should be allowed to vote. As prisoners, they are already subject to less human rights thus making the ones they have even more valuable. Proposal Two - this is to tidy up the law (as death penalty is illegal) Proposal Three - people should not be influenced by the government when it comes to deciding whether to have children or not. Proposal Four - our domestic marriage laws are already loose as it is. Alexander Bosch, NDP spokesperson for Internal Affairs |
