Message | Mr. Speaker The Nimitiz Regime of Hulstria has been found guilty of perpuating Crimes Against Humanity against its own people, and those of the Nation of Ostland. They have been to be committing Mass Genocide against the Gao Showan people under the guise of containing the Wolfsheim Plague while using its guise to indiscriminately exterminate them, whether sick or healthy. These and other Crimes have gone unanswered for far too long against Hulstria and with the threat of Wolfsheim now fully contained we call upon the House of Parliament to empower the Hutorian Armed Forces to take action. Should this pass, the Hutorian Second Fleet, will move from merely enforcing a naval blockade to running combat operations against any and all combat assets of the Hulstrian military forces. Air Forces deployed in Kazullia will move for combat operations against Hulstria, Ostland, New Verham. Further the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be pursuing an avenue for the immediate deployment of ground forces to remove the Nimitz regime from power, and give full power to HSIS to assist resistance forces in their fight against the Nimitz Regime. Fellow members of Parliament, we are calling on full and total support against this Regime in the name of World Peace and Security as we put this motion for a vote. Message | Mr. Speaker, It is not our place to interfere with the affairs of other countries. No matter how much we disagree with their actions, we must never resort to war to enforce our own version of global morality. Invading other countries over disagreements with their domestic policy sets a dangerous precedent. Let us use our military only for self-defence, not to police the world under our own interpretation of right and wrong. - Lyn Kopp Ambassador of the Ataraxian Confederation |
