Details

Submitted by[?]: Alleanza Radicale - NCD

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 4311

Description[?]:

Carlo Mainardi, Whip of LP:

"Mr Speaker,
the State and the laws of the State existe first of all to govern, to administrate and to protect the Istalian Nation, its society, its citizens, our community.
And it is inconceivable that possible works benificial for all the community and the society should be stoped or should undergo to the interests of single individuals or any other kind of legal person.
There is a general balance between the individual liberties and the interests of the society and LP think that currently this matter is too much in favor of individuals at the expenses of the entire society.
For this reason we think that we should change the current law.

Thank you"

We have thought long about this, but ultimately we are civil servants, we should serve, not confiscate legally acquired private property.
