This resolution is drafted by the Equal Rights Party in order to form an agreement with the Conservative Party about how to abolish the monarchy if enough seats in the legislature are gained in order to pass a successful constitutional amendment. 1. After the constitutional amendment which will abolish the monarchy is passed, the country will transition to a presidential democracy which has an elected President as the Head of State and maintains the original position of Head of Government as a separate office. 2. A snap election will be held immediately after the amendment which will elect a head of state and allow for any possible empty seats in the legislative body to be filled. 3. The former royal family shall be granted full citizenship and equal rights like those of any citizen of Dankuk, and shall be given, for one month, provisional living wages. In order to adapt to a normal life of working and living. |
