Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

This resolution is drafted by the Equal Rights Party in order to form an agreement with the Conservative Party about how to abolish the monarchy if enough seats in the legislature are gained in order to pass a successful constitutional amendment.

1. After the constitutional amendment which will abolish the monarchy is passed, the country will transition to a presidential democracy which has an elected President as the Head of State and maintains the original position of Head of Government as a separate office.

2. A snap election will be held immediately after the amendment which will elect a head of state and allow for any possible empty seats in the legislative body to be filled.

3. The former royal family shall be granted full citizenship and equal rights like those of any citizen of Dankuk, and shall be given, for one month, provisional living wages. In order to adapt to a normal life of working and living.

MessageWe are unsure on the snap elections part

We feel consistency should be kept whilst new bills are in the voting process

If we can cancel that out then we will support this

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass.
