| The following section shall only apply to forming a cabinet withing a presidential system: 1.) After the election The President's party and the largest party in the congress may propose a cabinet, if they are from different parties. 2.) If the president's party also controls the largest party in the congress, then the largest party not belonging to the president may propose a cabinet along with the president himself. 3.) The parties may only support one of the cabinet proposals and must vote against the other, or vote against both. |
