Proposed: Education is private, but the government issues vouchers to pay for the schooling of disadvantaged children.

Message | I agree, and there are other reasons to support public education as well. Unfortunately, I don't want to lose seats over it or be accused of flip-flopping on the issue. Hence, I maintain the stance that was formed in NCP days. |

Message | Hmmm but even so higher salarie will attract more teachers who will be of a better quality. Public schools have no incentive to do this and are controlled by unions instead. And the quality of public schools are very unequal as well.. So the end result is we get the same inequality of education, but everyone still gets a better education than before.. |
