Bill: State enforced LGBTQ+ lessons to primary kids

Details

Submitted by[?]: President Zalupov Pouulover Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 4314

Description[?]:

As stated before, the LGBTQ, and other unique groups are what makes this country so great. The problem Seluciae is facing currently is the patriarchal oppression of the LGBT+ communities and other very culturally important groups.
We must change this by, having our younger generations learn about the group.

The curriculum should teach the kids about:
- The patriarchy and the system that currently oppresses the groups that try to fight for the rights of these groups. (groups such as the President Zalupov Pouulover Party).
- The history and the struggles the LGBTQ+ face currently.
- The myths about the group, and the lies the oppressors perpetrate within the patriarchy

Before starting the curriculum we need to give the test to all the kids, and if the test reflects any kind of hate or anger towards homophobia they should be transferred to the President Zalupov Pouulover's School for Discriminators and Oppressors of the Future.

MessageThis seems a bit authoritarian to us, forcing our children into one worldview and not letting them have their own opinions.

MessageIt also seems like your trying to indoctrinate kids into voting for you, which shouldn't be allowed.

This is exactly the patriarchal view oppressing conservative parties such as yours like to impose on real freedom fighting groups such as ours.

You said we are trying to promote our party ? Nonsense, this party is dedicated to fixing lives of the one's who need help. We are being honest, and displaying the true colors of our society, and your response is a perfect example of that forced opposition to change. You are not allowing us to fix this country, and we need to tell the children this, you are stopping us from any fighting for justice. With this logic should we stop teaching our kids to love our nations, because by such logic "they're supposed to make up their own opinion.". What nonsense, people of this country need to love each other, and love this country, something your party is not allowing from happening.
By your logic we should not have tought children why racism or hate is bad, because "they should make their own opinion".

In ancient tribes of our beautfiul but divided country, we had a term for such behaviour, it was "yoo arrr soch a brainlet!". The translation of which, would be defined as "The social inequality of our nation will remain to be a big problem, if the children of our nation don't learn about the struggles of our oppressed communities"

MessageOur party has not opressed anyone or will in the future. We support LGBT+ rights same as you. But what your suggesting is to mandate telling children that one political party is better then the other, and that cannot be allowed in a democracy. In fact, you would be harming our democracy more then the fascists have (yet).

MessageThere is no party that has fought for the LGBT rights more than us, but this cannot be accepted. All the proposed issues are wrong explained.

Our children already have political education in the school, so there is really no need of adoctrinating them by talking about certain parties that have "fought" for them.

Although we agree that children should learn about the oppresion the minorities have suffered along history, it should not be limited to the LGBT group. We should teach about the oppresion and the lies every minority group have suffered in Selucia, as a way to remove discrimination and hate from our nation.

However, moving some children to a school leaded by a political party shall not be tolerated. First of all, because we have not heard what would happen to this children, and second, because it is clearly made to make our children believe that there is only one party fight for their right, which is a total and absolute lie. There should be an agreement to remove hate and discrimination from our children, but your solution is not THE one.

We will not accept this bill until the last point is removed, and the law includes all minority groups that have faced discrimination over history in Selucia.
