MessageMr. Speaker,

We are unsure if we can support this treaty. While it's for the improvement and neutrality of the wounded during times of war, we are very reluctant to support doing any business with Beiteynu in its current state. That nation enacted laws that blatantly violate human rights and are actively enforcing segregation among their people.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Mr. Lacon might be right about Beiteynu, but this treaty is not about that nation. It was drafted over there many years ago, ad was meant to set an international standard for treatment and rights of wounded and the personnel taking care of the wounded.
