Message | In order to defend the economic interests of our great nation, it is expedient for us to clamp down on strikes as far as possible. Instead of seeing the relationship between employer and empolyees as confrontational, a tripartite relationship with involvement by the government would be cooperative in nature and would be able to secure rights for workers and ensure a vibrant economy at the same time. I therefore call on the government to propose a bill that seeks to establish tripartite union laws. |

Message | My government is committed to ensuring a strong, free and stable economy that is competitive and able to adapt quickly to labour market changes, and we believe that the first step to the achievement of this is to crush the corrupt public sector unions that seek to undermine rule of law with striking and coercion of both workers and businesses. This bill is the first step in fulfilling our election promise to bring back free markets and to bring back a stronger sense of justice to the workers of Kalopia, where we believe that workers must and should stand together to work, and to be rewarded for their work, not like what the current trade union bosses are doing, by encouraging sloth and inefficiency! Kalopia is a nation of bright, talented people and it is only with this bill that a free and inclusive economy can be justly constructed for a better future for our children, because we definitely want to leave a nation in great shape for our children to enjoy don't we? |
