Bill: Equalities Legislation
Details
Submitted by[?]: Seridjan Democratische Unie
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 4318
Description[?]:
All must be equal before the law & the workplace & education are no exception. For Article 1, we therefore propose reinstating foreign workers' full employment rights. For Article 2, we propose giving all religions the same legal rights. The 3 major parties are committed to having religious schools, in which case all religions should have the opportunity to create their own. An increase in the regulations for religious schools shall ensure that all children receive a good standard of education. |

Message | Article 1 allows foreigners to come here and work in a job that should belong to a Saridani whilst article 2 allows cults to set up schools and teach evil and immoral things (Ahmadism is a cult for example, attempting to implement laws and take over the Saridanese culture whilst forcing their own upon us.) Message | I for one support the right of someone of Mordusian name & ancestry to work in Saridan under the same employment rights as native Saridani. Even if that person of Mordusian name and ancestry as Stadhouder then attempted to deny the same rights to others. Surely Mr Griffiths believes it is right that his ancestors were treated fairly by this nation? Eva Kuijper |

Message | Ms. Kuijper, My ancestry is full of Duntrekker blood HOWEVER, my great-great-great-great grandmother was a Mordusian. Nonetheless I am a Saridani who has lived and worked here for all of their life whilst others just arrive here and take jobs, property and resources from Saridanese people. My Duntrekker ancestors were not treated fairly by the Ikpi people however were eventually accepted in society after 5 small wars. Immigrants will not have the protections of employment but their children will-which is what is happening. Albert Griffiths Stadhouder of Saridan |
