| 1. With the passage of this act all lorries passing through Solentia will be subject to a toll. 1.1 This toll includes all vehicles over three and a half tons. 2. Solentian lorries will be exempted from the toll duty. 3. The toll is payable at the border crossing and amount per axle is 20 SOL 4. This is a normal law and can be changed and abolished by a simple majority. |

| Message | 1. The budget allocation is done seperatly from this bill. The increase in the infrastructure budget will be done in due course. The Senat alone decides at the budget discussion where to allocate and not in each seperate bill. Generally all the money which is taken in in a budget is distributed across the board like it is done e.g with income tax. 2. There is absoulutly no violation. The payment process is done in seconds via electronic toll payment and does not complicate or slow down the move of goods. |
