Message | Mdm. Speaker This Question is directed to the Minister of Defence. Recently the Hutorian Parliament legalized the formation of paramilitaries within Hutori. Can the Minister state what, if any, regulations are in place and what the Minister plans on doing to stop combat veterans returning from the Hulstrian War from retiring from their uniform and joining new paramilitaries as they may be created? Message | Mdm. Speaker This Question is directed to the Minister and Science & Technology. The Budget of the Ministry is at it highest point in history; being on par with that of the Defence budget, yet we have no concrete plan or action stating where all of this money is going. My question, Madam Speaker is simple; where is all this money going and when are we actually going to see some results from this massive "investment." Kayla Wright MP for Bekenial Riverside |

Message | Madam Speaker, As the member opposite would know, my party voted against that bill. We will do everything in our power to have that bill repealed. Johnathan Cenah Minister of Defence MP for Acton - West Newbury |

Message | Mdm. Speaker This Question is directed to the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Madam Speaker, the Kingdom of Hutori stands at a crossroads. We have tens of thousands of returning troops fresh from a war to end a genocidial dictatorship. Hutori's place within the international community and diplomatic sphere has been restored, and yet since the new Cabinet had taken root the Minister has offered no plan or action for where this government's foreign policy is going to be directed. My question Madam Speaker, is when is this government going to get its act together and ensure Hutorian influence in Terra isn't squandered and produce a unified plan for engaging Hutori on the international stage like former Foreign Ministers have done? Message | Mdm. Speaker Regardless of whether the Minister and his caucus voted against the Bill the Bill is now law and it is the Minister's responsibility to take care of the file as it is presented. So I ask my question again Madam Speaker; what regulations are being put in place to ensure that paramilitaries do not run rampant and what steps are being done to retain the massive number of combat veterans we have in the Hutorian Armed Forces and stopping them from joining private military companies has they pop up? Isaac Woodbury MP for Groomsbridge |

Message | Madam Speaker, We have already presented a bill to repeal the paramilitaries act. Our government has no interest in allowing these paramilitaries to exist and we will ensure that they can not. Johnathan Cenah Minister of Defence MP for Acton - West Newbury |

Message | Madam Speaker While we applaud the efforts of the Minister to avoid my question it doesn't change the fact that this will remain the law in practice for at least the next eight months and longer still should this House vote the Bill down which is always a distinct possibility. On that possibility my question is unchanged; what regulations does the Minister and this Government plan on introducing to regulate and avoid the rampant creation of paramilitaries within Hutori and what actions are being done to retain the services of the men and women who have otherwise volunteered to serve within the Hutorian Armed Forces? Message | Madam Speaker, Hutorians who serve in the Armed Forces take great pride in what they do. The government recognizes the great sacrifices that these people make to keep Hutori safe. We thank them for their service during the latest mission in Hulstria. Paramilitaries didn't win that war, the Hutorian Armed Forces did. Message | Madam Speaker The Minister could not be more right that it was the effort of the Hutorian Armed Forces, not of any paramilitary, that have us success. The question isn't about the success and bravery and sacrifice those in the uniform but making sure they are retaining that uniform. Allow me to ask my question in another simpler way; until the repeal effort is completed for good or ill, what plans do the Minister have to regulate Paramilitaries within Hutori or will the Minister admit they have no plan what so ever? Message | Madam Speaker, The bill was originally passed irresponsibly with no thought given to regulations. We have been left with the responsibility of creating those regulations and are working hard to get them in place for the time being until we pass the repeal. Message | Mdm. Speaker We are glad to hear that the Minister is taking action on the file he has been entrusted to. Can the Minister explain to the Members of this House what regulations are being considered and what rules would look like should the repeal fail? Isaac Woodbury MP for Groomsbridge |

Message | Mdm. Speaker, The budget of science and technology is currently enhancing our national space agency and our research into pharmaceuticals at unprecedented levels. Never before in our known history have we spent as much money on science as we have on interfering with other nations' affairs. As you know, investing in scientific research does not guarantee results, but it is the best chance we have at obtaining them. - Galen Wade Minister of Science and Technology Conciliator of the Commune of Prunus |

Message | Madam Speaker, We currently do not have enough details into what those regulations will look like but we assure the member that we will inform all parties and the people of Hutori once those details are available. Our hardworking staff in the ministry of defence are working day and night to get those regulations worked out. Johnathan Cenah Minister of Defence MP for Acton - West Newbury |

Random fact: When forming a cabinet, try to include as few parties as possible, while still obtaining a majority of the seats. |
