Description[?]:

Dear Congress,

Most of you understand my party's -and my Alliance's- goals and methods, and it's clear that lowering the state's budget on some important issues. Yet, Baltusia is going through some rough times economically, which started thanks to the Capitalist Administration's huge deficit. We've tried to fix this many times, proposing tax bills, and discussing heavily about it.
A compromise must be made. And we have to spend just a little less. We will get through this, and we will see Baltusia in its best during this government.

I ask the congress to vote FOR this Budget Proposal.

Mary L. Angelorum,
Prime Minister of Baltusia

Andrew Handersen,
SPB Economy Supervisor

Random quote: "If democracy is ever to be threatened, it will not be by revolutionary groups burning government offices and occupying the broadcasting and newspaper offices of the world. It will come from disenchantment, cynicism and despair caused by the realization that the New World Order means we are all to be managed and not represented." - Tony Benn
