MessageArticle 3 is beneficial for our public health. Do you want streets filled with bottles of methanol? It is highly dangerous to let everyone sell alcohol, there is no way to regulate it. Only licensed stores should be let to sell alcohol.

Article 2 is beneficial because the fact is that we can't maintain these integration centers, they are expensive to maintain. These people need to apply through lawful processes. What is the point to have laws if you can just become an illegal alien and jump in? There is a major loophole here and it needs to be addressed.
