To allow local municipalities and Constituencies to determine the forms of government which shall govern cities, towns, and villages. AVAILABLE FORMS Alderman-Manager Form “Mayor” The elected city board of alderman will select a Manager to carry out a role analogous to that of a duly elected Mayor. Alderman-Mayor Form “Lord-Mayor” There shall be an elected city board of aldermen. The residents of the municipality shall elect the Mayor Alderman-Deputy Form “City Steward” The local peer with noble status shall have power to appoint a Deputy “City Steward” analogous to a Mayor in order to carry out administrative tasks over a city. This official shall coexist in duty with the elected Board of Alderman |
