Ali ibn Uthman al-Muthandir, Minister of Foreign Affairs: "Hon. MPs, on proposal of the President of the Republic and with the agreement of the Head of Government, I'm here to present the creation of a special fund dedicated to aid Hulstria in the efforts of the reconstruction. This program will also manage a program of cooperation betwee the State and the Istalian Corporations to promote their cooperation in this program of relief, going to establish services and activities to support a nation destroyed and without Government. We will go toward the future Governments of Hulstria offering the most vantagious terms to return this efforts, also only part of it. But I think that Istalia should retain the right to change the terms on the basis of the political and social situation in the Country, which will be a further motivation for the Hulstrian leadership to respect the principles for which millions are died. Thank you" |
