| Upon acceptance of this bill, the assembly recognizes to convict members of the previous national cabinet and leaders of the victorieuxist armies and agencies, pre-democratic transition, of crimes against humanity. National Cabinet of 4315 President of the Council: Jérémie Gainsbourg (Spearheading of governmental legislation leading up to the crimes) Minister of Foreign Affairs: Former Chief of State Josué Victorieux (Heading the state into mass killings) Minister of Internal Affairs: Valéry Silvestre (Led the secret police in mass surveillance and kidnappings) Minister of Defence: General Marc Saint-Simon (Led paramilitary forces of the army to spearhead extrajudicial killings) Minister of Justice: Guillaume Sordeau (Mass convictions of Metzists, leading to though crimes) The assembly also recognizes to convict Directorate-General of the Council of State Media and Secuirty: General Maximilien Ponce (Participation in mass surveillance and extrajudicial killings) Director for the Investigative 17: Lt.
