We propose a coalition cabinet of Shinpotō and the HPD. This coalition should have enough votes to be passed and shall have a working majority of around 43.

The position of Cabinet Secretary shall be appointed and filled by Shinpotō.
In addition, Shinpotō shall name appoint a Deputy Prime Minister of equal authority to the Prime Minister.
