| Message | OOC: A surrogacy agreement means that the surrogate mother must give over her child once born, or face jail time. Altruistic surrogacy is simply a surrogate offering to be a surrogate. Non-altruistic surrogacy means that the surrogate is payed a fee, not including any costs regarding the baby's welfare during the pregnancy. Basically the surrogate is 'hired', rather than supported. Please don't vote on something if you don't understand it. |

| Message | OOC: Okay, gotta stake out the OOC-IC line here. I was OOCly explaining it to Our Party. I'll debate the reasons for the change IC below. IC: Enforced surrogacy agreements are immoral and wrong. Until the second the child is handed over, the child's mother should have the ability to keep it with them.
