| After our monumental wins in the elections of 4322, which saw Pars Militum Petulantia win every province, together with Partis Imperialis we would like to make our inaugural endeavour to be the restoration of the Imperator. By making use of article 14 in our constitution, we would like to make this ammendment to article 5 and once again see the introduction of an Imperator in Selucia. The Imperator would be the head of state, have the power to direct the nation’s foreign policy including the appointment of ambassadors, be the one to appoint regional governers, propose legislation to the Selucian senate, and appoint nobility. The Imperator would also acts as a source of influence to the Selucian people. All parties with more than 100 seats may propose a candidate for Imperator. The candidates will be voted upon by the Selucian senate in a special council. The candidate with the most votes will be elected as Imperator. The Imperator will then remain in power until passing away, abdicating, or until two thirds of the senate votes to remove the Imperator. OOC: A random number generator will be used to determinr the amount of years the Imperator will reign with a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 80. |

| Message | [copy-pasted]We can’t accept the Imperator to choose regional governors, therefore taking even more power away from the citizens. If they choose a party, the Imperator has no right to place someone who agrees with his/her own ideas without taking into account the will of the people. |
