MessageMr. Speaker, We propose forming a new government in order to deliver to the people of Rutania leadership in facing our current crisis of failing infrastructure, budgetary troubles and underfunded institutions. Political courage and maturity are necessary to move forward through these challenging times. It is the belief of the Whig Party that immense action and effort are necessary to elevate Rutania's position on the continent and in Terra as a whole, a greater commitment to Foreign Affairs is necessary and the development of a clear, coherent, and consistent Foreign Policy complete with long term goals and objectives, and areas of interest. Such work will require a lot of work from this Peoples Assembly and civic sacrifice from our more successful private citizens.

MessageWe are disheartened that the UDPR has chosen to leave our coalition without informing us or giving us the chance to propose a cabinet reshuffle. We suggest that UDPR ministers immediately resign from their posts in the caretaker government.

MessageMr Speaker,

If the CRLR can propose a cabinet reshuffle we will consider backing their proposition, this proposition has UDP representation so we have voted for it.

MessageMr Speaker

While we are grateful that the Whigs have chosen to include us in their prospective government and are mindful of our place as the smallest party in this House, we must vote against this cabinet proposal. Our caucus feels that our party is underutilized in the makings of policy and government and we do not feel that the ministries allocated to us accurately reflect the work we are able to accomplish. We urge the Whigs to review the background and experience of our front bench team to better reallocate portfolios.
