Message | Civilized...ok, there is no such thing. There are the Barbarians and those posing as barbarians, Civilized is a concept based on the assumption that your better then some other nation. We agree, if you kill 20 people or even 2 or rape a 6 year old girl...you will recieve a fair trial and if found guilty you will be executed. |

Message | We support the withdrawal from the treaty as the treaty stifles even debate on the subject. However we will never support the imposition of a death penatly until someone can either come up with a 100% absolute certain method of finding the truth, or they can find a way if retracting the death penalty in cases of wrongful conviction. |

Message | While you may be able to live knowing that there are killers that go to prison and set there playing with themselves and thinking of that little 6 year old girl that they had there way with her...we can not and we shall not be told that we may not be able to seek the death penalty. We are not breaking a Coalition we are just voteing in favor of a bill that will enable us to give a peace of mind to those that seek it. |
