Message | 2 Most citizens are responsible, but the "endangered" classification means we cannot afford to leave preservation to individual whim as the actions of a few irresponsible hunters could cause irreparable damage. 5 Similar to Article 2 in that there are always the few who will indiscriminately shoot or fish a population to extinction. We want our descendants to enjoy hunting and fishing also. 7 As above, the damage caused by a few irresponsible polluters can be catastrophic. 8 We are somewhat unclear on this one - there may be better methods of encouraging regeneration without manual replanting. Privately owned land is most often replanted, so this would seem to be the best way to ensure maximum harvests. 11 This brings up safety concerns that are properly addressed by the present law. |
