MessageThe president is not elected by the Senate, therefore this suggestion makes absoulutly no sense and tries to destroy the clear lines between legislative and executive.

MessageIf the Head of State and Head of Government were two separate officials, we feel the title of Senate Chairperson would be more appropriate for the Head of Government. The Head of State's duty is to represent the Nation and the Executive Branch.

MessageWe support the basic idea, but the Head of State should remain President and the Head of Government should be called Prime Minister.
