By passage of this act the RP-Law: Proscription of Treasonous Party Faschistische Nationalbewegung (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=552410) will be repealed. Side note: The government will not enforce the act which is subject to repeal since this repeal act will come into effect shortly after. For the time being the minister of justice and internal affairs will issue an exectuive order which will put the enforcment out of effect. |
