| The Reform Party hereby introduces legislation to reduce the power of the Executive and force a term limit in order to maintain the sovereignty of the Grand National Assembly. It will need a 2/3 majority to pass. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Recognising that any individual, upon the premise they have Kalopian citizenship, can run for Public Office, including the Office of the President of the Great Kalopian Republic, Also recognising the sovereignty of the Grand National Assembly, the given name for the Legislative in Kalopia, and its right to pass legislation within the Great Kalopian Republic, Believing that the Sovereignty of the Grand National Assembly is paramount, The Grand National Assembly hereby decrees through the constitution of this country that no individual should take the Office of President for more than THREE TERMS. |

| Message | This resolution should be more precise. We assume the three-term limit is for life? Not just consecutive terms? This should have been specified. Regardless, it has our support. |
