Message | Tasnim Shahd - Ahmadi Front Coordinator Mr. Speake We see article 1 as a danger to justice in our country, every Democratic nation has a Supreme court. Article 4/5 are against human rights, we do not want the military in our streets, they should be in borders. |

Message | Mr Speaker, With regard to Article 1, we see no issue here. The Supreme Court will, of course, exist. However an appeal there will simply require the approval of the Justice Minister - this is important to avoid spurious cases ending up there. Articles 4 - 6 are essential to counter the growing threat to our people from violent minorities. |

Message | Tasnim Shahd - Ahmadi Front Coordinator Mr. Speaker We want a clarification on what the Minister meant by "violent minorities" |
Date | 13:36:55, January 08, 2018 CET | From | Conservative Alliance | To | Debating the CA11: Security Act |
Message | Mr Speaker, Allow me to clarify my clumsy wording: I meant only the small minority of the population who may seem to use violent rather than Democratic means to achieve their objectives. It was not a reference to a specific minority ethnic or political group. |
