| Message | Mr Speaker, With regard to Article 1, we see no issue here. The Supreme Court will, of course, exist. However an appeal there will simply require the approval of the Justice Minister - this is important to avoid spurious cases ending up there. Articles 4 - 6 are essential to counter the growing threat to our people from violent minorities. |
