We see article 1 as a danger to justice in our country, every Democratic nation has a Supreme court.
Article 4/5 are against human rights, we do not want the military in our streets, they should be in borders.

With regard to Article 1, we see no issue here. The Supreme Court will, of course, exist. However an appeal there will simply require the approval of the Justice Minister - this is important to avoid spurious cases ending up there.

Articles 4 - 6 are essential to counter the growing threat to our people from violent minorities.

Allow me to clarify my clumsy wording: I meant only the small minority of the population who may seem to use violent rather than Democratic means to achieve their objectives. It was not a reference to a specific minority ethnic or political group.
