| Unfortunately, it seems Kalopia may soon be engaged in another armed conflict. The current border crisis doesn't seem to getting better and we fear that Jakania will not back down. The country needs the government more than ever. With the current political state becoming more and more hostile we are in desperate need of some sort of political peace. We believe that a written agreement will be the best action. We believe it is extremely important that we unite to deal with these external threats. The UNPK have drafted up an agreement for which we hope the other parties will agree too. The agreement states that: 1. No major laws involving social issues be proposed during the conflict we are currently involved in. 2. No crucial cabinet changes during the conflict. 3. No major offensive or possibly controversial remarks made to members of different members. 4. Before any law can be voted upon it must first go through the debate phase. Unless crucial to the conflict or war effort. If a party fails to comply punishments can range from forced disbandment to being exiled. These laws will only go into effect if an armed conflict results otherwise it will not apply. |
