Message | Simply raising taxes does not repet does not increase revenue. It in fact discourages companies to invest in our country, and thats how we lose jobs. It simply hurts the economy, And you say that the past administration polices were hurtful. Well you might very well feel so, but the fact of the matter is that the Reagen administration oversaw the largest economic growth in 25 years. We tripled our exports, unemployment fell from 7.1% to 3.6% and crime fell from 8.4% to 2,5% in just 2 years. We accomplished all of this my shrinking the goverment, and lowering taxes. And giving more economic fredoom to the Likatonian people. And giving our police officers the tools they need to do their jobs. And concerning the deficit, we were going to pay for our death tax repels by cutting wasteful govermnent spending. However the election was lost and now here we are. Thomas Hamilton House Minority Speaker Party Chairman of the Republican Centrist Alliance. |
