Message | We disagree with all proposals. 1. What is the point of rules if they are not enforced? 2. Why must we favor one group as opposed to another? 3. Why are democratic workers' councils able to get tax exemptions and subsidies when this may not be the best for the company? |

Message | 1) The government provides guidelines. the actual creation and enforcement are left to the workers/unions and the company to work out. When the government is in charge of the creation and enforcement, the result are rules which are not followed in practice, and are never enforced except during the annual inspection. 2) we feel that companies should be free to hire as they wish, which is not currently the case. In addition we feel that there are segments of the population which need to get their foot in the door whether it is women in male dominated professions such as police and fire, men in women dominated, etc. We do not feel that quotas are a solution rather we should weigh these issues into the hiring process. 3) if it is not the best deal for the company then even with the tax excemptions it will not be the path chosen. This is defended by a similar arguement as in #2. We should encourage the exporation and establishment of different methods of control, to encourage diversity in our companies. We agree that this should not be a large tax cut or benifit, but enough for it to gain some attention. |

Message | 1) If terms are left to unions and companies, then there is not uniformity. Also, some unions are under company control rather than worker control. 2) Currently, everyone is treated equally. Why mess that up? We know no history of anti-women rights etc. 3) If the company wanted to be run by Democratic Worker's Council then it would do so without incentives etc. For such a laissez-faire stance the Protectorates adopt almost everywhere else, we are surprised with this Article. |

Message | There is never uniformity. Companies do as they wish until such time as there is an inspection and then they put on a song and dance for the inspectors. By transfering the power to the unions and the workers there will always be a inspection going in. |
