| (This bill was proposed by the minister of Justice Cristian Buccho) Changing its own gender is a personal choice and no government, shall it be the provincial government or the federal government, should have the ability to interfere in that decision. -Upon the passage of this bill, every hutorian individualthat are over 16 years old shall have the right to legally change their gender. |
