Description[?]:

Saridan’s future population may not be made up of respectable, hard-working citizens if we continue to let them step out of line whilst they are young. To stop this we must teach them that if they misbehave, there will be a severe punishment whilst they are young. We propose that we re-introduce the cane in schools so that children can learn to be respectable young people that focus on their work and remember this valuable lesson so that they become successful and rewarded.

(Minister of Education and Culture)
