After successfully relaunching LEG, LiPIP, LNTS, public nurseries and our crown Jewel, the LNHS, we are to move forward and claim back two other governmental agencies: - The Department of Education's NPHEIL, the Network of Public Higher Education Institutions of Likatonia. · Claiming back the 12 Public Universities sold by the unfortunate Education Bill of 4331, compensating the investors with the price paid plus interests minus profits. · Creating 18 new Public Colleges and 8 new Vocational Schools to form part of that Network. · Enrollment in all these Institutions would be achieved by academic merit · Higher Education in the NPHEIL will be free for all students accepted [OOC: There is no actual in-game variable to make only public high-ed free] - The Department of Defence's BMI, Bureau of Military Industry This means claiming back the 6 pieces in which our defence industries were divided, sold by the unfortunate Defence Innovation Act of 4331, compensating the investors with the price paid plus interests minus profits. |

Current: The government fully subsidizes tuition.
